An equivalent class for FIBO Functional Business Entities that meet the U.S. Code § 80b–2 (11) (B) Professional exclusion. “any lawyer, accountant, engineer, or teacher whose performance of such services is solely incidental to the practice of his profession;". The equivalent class is anything asserted as a Professional Service Provider. Inferred members are considered by the exclusion rule, which applies the exclusion status.
